How to add an additional payment method to prevent defaulting on payments

If your account is overdue, it means that you’ve defaulted on your payments. If you have a balance due, MedsPack will not ship your next MedsPack until the amount due is paid. Overdue accounts can occur due to outdated payment information or an HSA or FSA balance that has run out. To avoid an overdue account resulting from insufficient funds in an HSA or FSA balance, we recommend that you include an additional payment method to your account.
